I found a variation of this recipe in Best Health magazine a while back and kind of forgot about it until a few months ago. While I don’t currently have a fancy blender, I’m able to blend everything for this pretty well with my hand-blender. This smoothie a great way to get the nutrition of spinach into your diet, and if you have it first thing in the morning, it’s a bit of an insurance in case the rest of your day isn’t as healthy. Oh, and you can’t even taste the spinach – promise!

If I can’t find flax-seed oil here in Holland is there a substitue I can use? Thanks!
Hi! Hmm, have you even tried the health-food stores? I use Udo’s choice, which is an omega bend… I guess you could use walnut oil as a substitute? What are you looking to use it in?
